A. We guarantee our photography services for satisfaction. However, because we use a third party printer for packaging, printing, and distribution of our prints, any grievances on quality need to be referred to them.
Q. Does your service include a disk of our pictures?
A. Yes. With all of your sessions, you will also get a disk of images from it.
Q. What about copyright? Will I have issues if I want to get pictures from Walmart?
A. We are liberal when it comes to our copyright. We release copyright so that you can get your pictures print anywhere and in any format without the headaches of getting release forms from us. The only copyright we maintain is to use images for self promotion of our services. Our artistic photography, however, is an entirely different scenario. We maintain our entire copyright for those images.
